Event Description

At our March 11th meeting, David Boultbee of GTwM will be talking about 'The business of usability - making usability usable'

Summary: Usability professionals often critisise developers who fail to see the value in producing something which is palatable to end users. However, as usability professionals, we are often at risk of not understanding that our work must be palatable to project owners if they are to see value in what we do. Usability must, then, be usable in itself - and we're already equipped to do this. We must take an user centered approach at a business level as well in the actual outputs of what we do.

Everyone welcome!
