We may have a GREAT customer experience project starting w/c 16th March, where (due to work-loads) we will probably need a helping hand from a good customer experience analyst
It's partly 'usability', but mostly 'experience' .. so we need someone who is happy measuring both navigation, AND teasing out brand / design impact.
