I'm gutted that I couldn't make it either in person or virtually in the end. I'll read through the slides and things and see if I can find out more. I'd be interested to know if anyone did take part remotely and how that went...
Unfortunately I can't make it up from Cornwall for this now. If there is a skype/remote option happening, can you let us know how we can get in on it?

Mind Mapping
Hi, does anyone have any experience in the use of mind mapping in User Experience? We're looking for some informal advice and/or some formal consultancy work. It needs to be pretty quick so if you think you could help, do get in touch.

Hi, I'm a sometime (one, I think actually) attender of BUG meetings.
I'm a developer by trade but I lead User Experience work at the company I work for. I'm working on a project which involves restructuring a site for a client. We've done a small amount of user research and some content auditing of the current site and are now using web-based card sorts to get some ideas on a better structure.
