Powerpoint is the top UX tool in Bristol!

Only eight people participated in the 2008 survey, so read this all with a large pinch of salt, some pepper and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to all those who took part... what happened to the rest of you? Did Christmas get in the way??

Calling all freelance customer experience folk...

Hi,



We may have a GREAT customer experience project starting w/c 16th March, where (due to work-loads) we will probably need a helping hand from a good customer experience analyst



It's partly 'usability', but mostly 'experience' .. so we need someone who is happy measuring both navigation, AND teasing out brand / design impact.
