Should labels be emphasized more than data? Or visa versa?

In documents, it seems that there's a general tendency for labels to be emphasized more than the data that they label. For example browsers may render TH elements as bold but TD as regular weight. And in forms, I usually see the LABEL elements in bold but the INPUT elements or any other relevant data to be unbold. Off Topic: Anyone know a good accountant?

Sorry not sure if I'm supposed to post this kind of thing here... tell me if not. My accountant is far away in Sussex where I used to be based. So that, and climbing fees, means I'm looking for someone more local. Any recommendations? I'm a small Ltd company with 1 employee so don't need anything too big or expensive, and I mostly do my own book keeping. Continue
