* Bristol-based
Two permanent roles available -
one senior, one middleweight
We're after a couple of superstar User Experience Consultants who can join our Bristol-based company and become part of a team creating fantastic experiences. You must be able to understand and interpret complex information structures. Prioritise key user experiences. Create useful paths for our clients' users to navigate through. And be able to qualify to clients why such paths are better.
Enable runs a user-centred design approach and has done for some time. The team are well-versed in the approach and as a company have embraced it. You will be joining the User Experience team, but we've a fast-paced approach so you will need to be able to work on your own, making you're thoughts and work transparent to the team's lead.
For the middleweight: You've been creating user experiences for 3-5 years. You are well versed in creating UE documentation: wireframe prototypes in Axure, sitemaps in Visio, usability test reports including video evidence. You're comfortable working in an Agile approach, can interpret user story requirements. Ideally you've worked in an agency environment.
For the senior: You look at it and think "is that it?!" You have worked on large-scale projects, from complex websites to national campaigns. You will have a strong understanding and application of usability and accessibility standards and you can produce high-quality, detailed documentation. You must feel comfortable running client workshops at a senior level. You have been creating user experiences for 5-7+ years. Ideally you've worked across mobile and game platforms.
