Nokia Graduate Program (Bristol) - User Experience

The convergence of content digitalization, the Internet, mobility and context is shaping the way we all communicate and share experiences. Nokia is at the forefront of this paradigm shift, and you have the rare opportunity to help shape it.

As the world’s largest provider of mobile devices, with approximately 1 billion consumers carrying a Nokia device, Nokia is singularly positioned to bring our customers a complete experience, integrating devices and services together.

Nokia Graduate Program

Nokia views graduate hiring as a critical part of the company’s business transformation and people strategy. Graduates not only represent one of the most technology-savvy customer sets, but also provide diversity of thought and experience, bring the most current research and academic thinking, and are a pipeline for future Nokia leadership

Graduates hired into the Nokia Graduate program generally get to work in two different assignments over the duration of one year (each assignment is 6 months each). Upon assessment, top performing Graduates will have an opportunity to rotate into a third, international assignment.

After the final (2nd or 3rd) assignment, Graduates move into fixed roles within the company to continue building their career.

Nokia Graduates receive special training in order to accelerate their networks and understanding of the business, as well as opportunities for professional development and mentoring.
