As a Usability Analyst with a full service digital agency in Bristol, I have designed and delivered many high quality user experience research programs. I have a strong appreciation of usability techniques and the theory behind them and practical experience of working with a range of high profile clients.
Over 15 years experience of both the technical and management sides of IT in a broad range of environments provides the backdrop to my specialisation in usability. With the experience and expertise to match my passion for HCI, I offer a confident, creative and practical approach to solving user experience problems.
