Wanted - The Best PHP developers and UI experts !
I have a fantastic client looking to recruit the best PHP and UI experts to work on what is on track to be the best site since LinkedIn/paypal!
I'm sure many people claim this but these guys have a very impressive track record, solid finances in place and the backing of one of the UKs most successful entrepreneurs.
They have been around for a couple of years (so not a completely new start up), have attracted a lot of interest already just on the basis of their beta site but now want to push towards full launch at the end of this year. They need the best on board to help them with the initial stage of the re-lauch and beyond!
And there is very much a beyond - this is a great chance to develop with them as the go global and the site continues to grow. Their ambitious but not unrealisitc aim is the site will quickly grow to attract 100s of 1000s of users a month.
For the PHP role we are talking PHP Zend/Cake MVC, Agile, Scrum etc - and the chance to work with the kind of technology the likes of the big websites either use or would love to...including some pretty exciting, truly leading edge stuff relating to payment processing / anti fraud etc i.e. lots of interesting , truly leading edge technology to play with and plenty of projects to keep you going!
For the UI role we need someone with good web design background and also functional UI / user experience expertise. The formal stuff e.g. wire framing, planning etc is great but we need someone who is happy rolling their sleeves up, being hands on in a fluid environment, coming up with fresh ideas, but in a company that will listen to them!
