Dave, here's the URL link for everyone who is interested and couldn't make notes fast enough or couldn't attend http://www.w3.org/2010/Talks/04-08-BUG-MC/#(1) plus as a service designer, I wanted to share this one with the group too http://bit.ly/ahEEQP which hopefully will interest some of you? Thanks for posting the presentation Dave. I've just joined BUG today, so didn't catch Michael Cooper's talk, but it's still interesting to see things in the blog archive.

I would wholly support his comment about involving people with disabilities in user testing. I've done this a little (with people who have visual impairments) and found it extremely interesting and rewarding.

I'm also fascinated by the work of Andy Minnion at the Rix Centre, where they involve people with learning disabilities in all of their work: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmcndfFGAo8

Cheers, Andre
