The Institute for Learning and Research Technology (ILRT) at the University of Bristol works on a range of web-related projects for a variety of customers in the University, the not-for-profit sector and research funders.
Most of our user research and prototyping work is done by freelance UX Designers and we are looking to increase the pool of people we can invite to work on projects with us. You can see more info about us at http://www.ilrt.bristol.ac.uk/.
Projects range from small University of Bristol website development projects to web futures research, to website application developments for our external, high-profile clients.
If you're interested we'd like to meet you and take a look at some of your previous project outputs, eg, prototypes, user research and suchlike. We're looking for people with good client-facing skills, able to explain to laypeople the importance and relevance of UCD, excellent project outputs, and with an understanding of how to relate organisational strategy to use of web technologies. We would also like one reference.
Mostly (though not always) we will need you to work under our ILRT banner.
To discuss further please call Pete Walker or Sarah Agarwal 0117 331 4395. No agents please.
